December 2016: ‘Tis the Season
December’s family theme is ’Tis the Season! Celebrate giving back this holiday season in a creative festival atmosphere, with free programming presented by the High Museum of Art, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and Alliance Theatre.
Enjoy in-gallery performances of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons (Winter)by Atlanta Symphony Orchestra musicians. In our Art of Giving Back drop-in workshops, create a handmade coin collector to take home—perfect for stowing change throughout the year to donate to your favorite organizations. See The Object Group’s Tiny Toy Theatre and hear their original poetry inspired by the High’s permanent collection.
